As a “people person” Dave is a standout in his field. His dynamic approach to business first in the medical industry with Hycel Inc. and later with his own company The River’s Edge, caught our eye a number of years ago. We were finally able to coax Dave out of his very comfortable life style in Bozeman, Montana to join our Board.
CHARLIE DICKINSON, US Fire Administration
Chief Dickinson and Mr. Burchesky first became acquainted in 1992 when Mr. Burchesky was producing emergency procedure programs. Chief Dickinson was, at the time, Pittsburgh Bureau of Fire, Fire Chief. Chief Dickinson was later appointed as Deputy Administrator by President Bush with USFA. As Administrator, Chief Dickinson managed all day-to-day operations of the USFA's National Emergency Training Center facility and oversaw all projects and programs of the USFA and FEMA leadership. Charlie is our go-to guy with answers to a myriad of procedure issues.
JOHN J. GOLEC - Steve first met John in 1991 while US Life Safety was producing an employee emergency procedure video at the CNG Tower in Pittsburgh. With John's vast experience in risk managment, workplace safety and gas pad oversite, the choice was easy.

In 2017, Allen became our most recent board member. One of the many talents and specialities that caught US Life Safety's attention was that of his in-depth experience in construction, workplace safety and OSHA code compliance. Steve began a friendship in college in 1968 and it never ended.

Mr. Wipprecht held the position as Executive Vice-President and Chief Security Officer for
Wells Fargo. Mr. Wipprecht is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), a national speaker at American Society of Industrial Security and the American Bankers
Association, the American Law Firm Association and a member with CPP, ISMA and ASIS). Mr. Wipprecht has taught several college level security management courses, authored "Workplace Violence in

Dr. Zehner served as the Executive Director of the Capital Area Intermediate Unit, located in Summerdale, PA, from 1999-2007. He also served as Superintendent of Schools in the East Pennsboro Area School District in Enola, PA. Currently he is an adjunct professor at Lebanon Valley College in Annville, PA , a member of the Central Penn College Board of Directors in Summerdale, PA and serves as an educational consultant. Dr. Zehner has had an interest in school emergency planning and helped his staff members develop written procedures for natural and man-made disasters. MORE
